I like using 7-zip to extract out the files directly. Mounting tool, and copy the *entire* contents (including hidden files) of the *mounted* ISO image to the DVD drive. * First off, verify that the disk works, by loading Windows 7 boot image on it. There should be no difference between the boot methods used by a MDT boot disk with Windows 7 and a MDT boot disk with Windows XP, MDT does not use the boot files from Windows XP, instead it used the boot files from the WAIK and/or ADK.
